If you lose your password, you can create a new one by clicking the "Reset my password" button on the connection menu.
Once your request is confirmed, a new password is emailed to you immediately. You will be able to use it to log back into the game. We recommend that you change it as soon as you can log back in.
If several minutes have passed since you reset your password, make sure you check your spam folder: your password email will most likely be there.
If your spam folder is empty, make sure you typed in your email address correctly during the password reset procedure.
If you have checked both possibilities and still can't receive your password, it is very likely that your email service provider is blocking emails from virtualregatta.com. Please contact your internet service provider in order to troubleshoot the issue.
