If you have never played any of our games, and none of the people who have access to your device have played them either, please contact Apple (if you have an iOS device) or Google (if you have an Android device). They are responsible for processing the transactions made from your device.

If you already contacted Apple or Google to report a fraudulent purchase and they suggested that you contact us, please scroll down this page and click "Submit a request". Make sure you mention specific details such as when these purchases took place, as well as screen captures of your transaction receipts showing the transaction ID.
