If you are experiencing this issue, try the following tips in that order:

• Make sure the device you are using is supported the game. To see which devices are supported, please visit the store page for the app in the App Store or Google Play.
• Make sure the operating system installed on your device is up to date
• Make sure your device has enough storage available
• Uninstall the app
• Close all the open apps
• Restart your smartphone or tablet. This will free up some storage space.
• Download and install the latest version of Virtual Regatta Inshore
• Launch the app and log back in

If you are still experiencing difficulties after trying all these steps, there is an issue with the app itself. If this is the case, our development team is already aware of the issue and working on an update as soon as possible.
