In order to find out if WebGL is enabled on your web browser, simply visit https://get.webgl.org/.
To enable WebGL on your computer:
Chrome: Type "about:flags" (without the inverted commas) in the address bar, then look for "WebGL" and enable it.
Firefox: Type "about:config" (without the inverted commas) in the address bar, then look for "webgl.force-enabled" and switch it to "true". If you can find "webgl.disabled", switch its value to "false"
Safari: Open the Safari menu, choose "Preferences", click the "Advanced" tab, then select "Show Develop menu in menu bar". Then open the "Develop" menu and choose "Activate WebGL".
