I am having connection problems

In order to play in the best conditions, your network must be reliable, with a strong signal. 

Having 3 bars on your WiFi icon or access to a mobile network is not enough to guarantee a stable connection: the local network you are using could experience a heavy load and restrict your bandwidth. This is especially true if you are playing from a moving car for instance, or in underground transportation. 

Just like when you access any online service, we recommend that you play using WiFi with a good internet plan, or at least a good 3G/4G connection.
